and will not be held liable for any judgments against the property
owner. We are representing the property owner and carrying out their
requests, the owner retains the right to make all decisions on what
should and should not be done or take place at the property. KPMM reserves the right to cancel any contract with the owner if the owner refuses to keep the property to the proper city code.
